Welcome to Phuket Tsunami weblog.
What an incredible tale. Thank you so much Rick, for sharing your story with the rest of us. In the midst of this disaster I have felt so far away from the tragedy, not knowing anyone over in that part of the world, but your writings have helped it hit close to home. I will continue to pray for all the hurting families, and for God to somehow receive glory out of all this mess.

Thank you so much for sharing your entire story of the Phuket tsunami and the photos you took of its aftermath. Your words have put a voice to the horror of it all, and have once again reaffirmed what we New Yorkers felt after 911 -- the importance of uniting together in the face of enormous tragedy. Your willingness to serve as the "communicator" to others truly assisted those who needed to connect to the outside world and to their families most importantly. I know they are grateful.
Be well Rick, and know that across the many ocean miles there are many strangers out here who appreciate you and are glad you are home.
I read few articles on this site and I think that your web blog is real interesting and Power to the People of excellent information. Keep up the excellent work
